• Average response time: 4 min 21 sec (4 min  14 sec  in 2014)
• Busiest hour of the day:  1800-1900 hour (33 responses / 7.76% of call volume)
• Busiest day of the week: Monday (67 responses / 15.76% of call  volume)
• Total man hours: 14,474.37 – staff  of  50 (up from 11,368.13 in 2014)
• Total responses by Alburtis Fire Department: 24 handled / 30  assists
• Total responses by Emmaus Fire Department:  3 handled / 10 assists
• Total responses by Macungie Fire Department: 23 handled / 16  assists
• Total responses by Upper Macungie Twp. Fire Depts.:  18 handled /35 assists
• Total responses by Western  Salisbury Fire Department: 4 handled / 11 assists
• Total fire responses  (all fire departments) within  LMT: 425 (362 in 2014)
